My little guy LOVES to go outside. As soon as I take him into the babysitter's house, he points and says, "Outside." As soon as I take him into our house, the grocery store, or any other form of shelter, he starts pointing toward and requesting to be outside. He loves the great outdoors.
Though he likes the wild wilderness experience with us, he really likes it if his Mugs is with us too. This child loves his puppy, and his puppy loves him. She plays with him, lets him pull her ears and tail (poor Mugs!), does a happy dance when he comes into view, and protects him from any possible harm. The two go together like PB&J.
Elvis, I mean Eli, also likes to visit the neighbors' dog. However, she runs for the other side of the yard anytime Eli comes near the fence. He's not THAT scary...
The little jail bird likes to watch all the happenings of the 'hood. There's usually quite a bit to see.
Above all else, my little guy likes to play with his Mugs. She loves to play with him too. He's her boy. Who wouldn't love a little human who throws you food three times a day?
Lingering thought of the day: We bought a minivan on Saturday. We close on our house on May 26. We move shortly thereafter. My hubby graduates this Saturday then starts his residency in June. I'm now officially an online writer--and will be published very shortly. There's a lot of change approaching for us. Is it normal to just throw oneself into these things with total excitement and not a look back? I cannot wait!
